As a front runner of the plastics machining industry in Thailand, Technoplast supplies high-quality products including resin products within the tolerance of 1/100-9/100mm, which are considered difficult to make, and items whose warp and bend are minimized, based on the experience that we have gained. We can handle a wide range of resins, from thermoplastic resins such as MC Nylon and POM, through to thermosetting resins such as bakelite and epoxy glass. We also accept a production order from a minimum of one lot.

MC Nylon
  • Feature
  • A representative engineering plastic used for a wide range of industrial products; a balanced and excellent material with high mechanical strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and wear resistance; we have a series for different purposes of use, including a weather-resistant grade for outdoor use and a sliding grade for rails etc., as well as the basic grade (MC901); caution is needed as its dimension may change due to its water absorbency.
