As a front runner of the plastics machining industry in Thailand, Technoplast supplies high-quality products including resin products within the tolerance of 1/100-9/100mm, which are considered difficult to make, and items whose warp and bend are minimized, based on the experience that we have gained. We can handle a wide range of resins, from thermoplastic resins such as MC Nylon and POM, through to thermosetting resins such as bakelite and epoxy glass. We also accept a production order from a minimum of one lot.

MC Nylon

Feature
A representative engineering plastic used for a wide range of industrial products; a balanced and excellent material with high mechanical strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and wear resistance; we have a series for different purposes of use, including a weather-resistant grade for outdoor use and a sliding grade for rails etc., as well as the basic grade (MC901); caution is needed as its dimension may change due to its water absorbency.

Polyacetal (POM)

Feature
Engineering plastic that has excellent machinability which can ensurehigh dimensional accuracy; has high wear resistance and chemical resistance; lower risk of dimensional change by water absorption; not suitable for outdoor use due to its sensitivity to ultraviolet rays.

of use
Prototypes (machined prototypes) used before making a molding die, feeding rollers which need to be precise, bearing parts etc.; parts for precision machines, food processing machines, and medical equipment.

Acrylic (PMMA)

We can turn your idea into a product, even without drawings. We undertake the manufacturing and assembly of original jigs suitable for different usages and solving different problems. We prepare the rubber parts and metal parts ourselves. Needless to say, we can undertake the manufacturing of even one piece of an item.
