As plastic is a temperature-sensitive material, its dimensions can change by a slight temperature change. To prevent any unevenness of the mechanical strength and the extraction and contraction of the dimension of the plastic, we keep the temperature in the plant constant at 25℃ (±2℃). Besides, we have established a strict inspection system to ensure reliable products, and have an image measuring machine and other inspection gauges, as well as a large-sized 3D CNC measuring machine. In addition, in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality control regulations, we are paying close attention to ensure safe use.
Cutting
The resin treatment process starts from cutting, which changes a material into a size suitable for machining. We finish the section of the cut material and finish plates to equalize their thickness, depending on the condition of resin treatment or according to your request.

Annealing
We have an annealing furnace, which is rare in Thailand. This furnace can remove internal stress and water by heat treatment of the plastic materials, which prevents warping and distortion after the machining process.
